An Auckland Building Company Built on Repeat Work and Referrals
Next Level Construct is an Auckland building company. We've been working on renovations, extensions, and villa restorations since 2010, with most of our projects in the central suburbs - Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Westmere, Mt Eden, Sandringham, and the streets around them.
A lot of our work is on older homes. Villas, bungalows, and character places that need to be brought up to a modern standard without losing what makes them worth keeping. It's a particular kind of building - and it takes a team that's done it before.
We're not the biggest builder in Auckland, and we're not trying to be. We're set up to run a smaller number of renovation projects properly, with experienced site teams, careful quoting, and the kind of project management that keeps the work on track. Most of our jobs come through referrals and architects we've worked with over the years, which is the honest measure of how we run things.

Built Around Doing the Work Properly
Next Level Construct was founded by Brendon, who'd been building in Auckland for years before the business existed. The company grew out of a clear view of how residential building should be done - properly priced, well managed, and finished to a high standard.
Our Director Brendon stays close to every project. That direct involvement, alongside a team that's worked together for a long time, is a large part of why the work holds up and the referrals keep coming.

A good renovation needs more than one good builder. Every project we take on is supported by a team - site managers, qualified builders, apprentices, and our in-house quantity surveyor. That structure is what allows us to keep projects moving, keep clients informed, and keep the standard of work consistent across multiple jobs running at once.

How We Approach a Project

The work starts well before anyone is on site. We spend real time at the front of a project - proper site visits, careful measurement, and detailed conversations about what the finished home needs to do. Our quotes are fixed price and prepared in-house by our quantity surveyor.
Once a project is underway, it's run by a dedicated site manager who is on-site, accountable, and reachable. Communication is consistent. Programme and budget are tracked properly. And when something needs to change - because in renovation work, sometimes it does - we explain it early, walk clients through the reason, and work through it together.
